We have extensive experience operating within live and often constrained environments, with robust health and safety policies and procedures in place to identify and mitigate potential risks. We continuously monitor and review our practices to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Our experienced teams undergo regular training to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their work safely, without incurring or causing harm.

Our firm commitment and focus on health and safety has been commended by RoSPA since 2008.

In 2024, we took home the prestigious RoSPA Order of Distinction award for the fourth year running, following 15 consecutive gold awards - demonstrating its dedication to ensuring our site and office-based employees get home safely at the end of every working day.

Continuous improvement and innovation forms a part of our safety culture and management systems, we regularly monitor, audit, inspect, investigate and review our own performance and establish a site specific safety committee for each project.

We are able to adapt our safety procedures to each environment we work in. We are expert in delivering construction projects in live environments, schools and colleges, city centre landscapes, secure compounds and care facilities and as such have developed procedures to ensure we minimise disruption whilst keeping everyone affected by our works safe.
