We’re proud to be a member of SCAPE’s regional construction framework, which is designed to simplify and accelerate the procurement process for public sector organisations by providing a flexible, dynamic, and highly-efficient route to market.
Our re-appointment to the framework in 2022 marks the continuation of a long-term partnership between Clegg and Scape, with Clegg having been appointed to the third generation of the framework in 2018, following the expiry of Scape’s East Midlands Property Alliance (empa) framework on which Clegg was also a selected contracting partner.
Performance Indicators provide a real-time dashboard and support the delivery of objectives whilst providing a benchmark for improvement. This is particularly critical for projects that operate a series of projects in a pipeline, as is the case with client, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO).
Established to facilitate collaborative conversations between contracts and clients, all projects delivered via the SCAPE framework – whether standalone schemes or a series of workstreams - benefit from a mindset of high-quality performance underpinned by a collective desire to “create a world that everyone deserves".
