This project comprised numerous phases of refurbishment to the existing retail and restaurant facilities in the Centre Parc's Elveden Forest holiday complex. Works included the strip out and refit of four existing restaurants including M&E services and management systems.
Public realm works comprised the removal of the existing mock Italian Square restaurant setting and creation of a new open air dining experience in addition to the extension of an existing coffee shop.
Clegg also refurbished two retail outlets, with works including new shop fronts, internal alterations and new M&E services.
All works were carried out in the main public areas of the fully operational village, with Clegg working closely with Center Parcs to ensure safety and customer enjoyment were maintained. This included the use of discreet hoardings and barriers and appropriate
