This scheme involved the construction of a new single storey library building in Derby. Works consisted:
- Traditional trench filled foundations, beam and block ground floor slab, steel or timber frame, a combination of traditional brick and cedar board cladding
- A single pitch sedum roof, photovoltaic panels fixed to the roof and walls
- Associated hard and soft landscaping including car park and fencing
